Mat Neely started third in his heat race and drove to victory.
The redraw that aligned the front of the KISS Series feature put Chad Boat and Jonathan Vennard on the front row with Mat Neely and Jon Stanbrough in row two.
When the green flag dropped to start the KISS Series feature Mat Neely charged into the lead with Stanbrough in tow. Neely actually pulled away into a decent lead; however, a couple of early yellows closed up the field and put Stanbrough right on Neely's tail. On lap 8 Stanbrough found his way past Neely; and he gradually pulled away driving to another convincing feature win at Bloomington Speedway. Neely held on to finish second.
